TOURS leave Hanover from the terminal at 10 W. Elm Avenue; York
from DICK’S CLOTHING AND SPORTING GOODS (off Rt. 30 By-pass, Kenneth Rd., West York); and
some tours from Capital City Airport, New Cumberland, PA. PLEASE
CHECK WITH THE OFFICE FOR ADDITIONAL PICK-UP POINTS. For pick-up
points other than our regular points, it is the responsibility of
the patron to get parking permission. |

ON
TOURS TO CANADA: |

A valid passport book or passport card is the only form of identification/proof of citizenship that will be accepted to cross a U.S. border by a motor vehicle. If you do not have a passport book or card, applications can be found online at travel.state.gov, at the United States Post Office or the Prothonotary’s Office in any County Courthouse. Allow sufficient time for processing, if you need to obtain a passport book or passport card. |

When
making reservations, please give name, address and phone number
of each person and manner in which you wish to room. (We will try
to get your rooms close together.) Indicate pick-up point. If you
are traveling alone, give next of kin (name, address, phone and
relationship.) If you have special needs please also advise reservation
receptionist. |

2. |
Deposit
requirement for each reservation is as follows and must be paid
within two weeks of making the reservation: |

Any
tour with an event ticket (Broadway shows, NASCAR, etc.) will require
a deposit based on the ticket event price. Check when making reservations.

CANCELLATIONS
AND REFUNDS: |

| |
1. |
A
full refund will be given for any cancellation made at least 30
days prior to departure. Any cancellation made within 30 days prior
to departure will be subject to a cancellation fee of $10.00 per
person per day plus any non-refundable expense. Please understand
that although your reasons for cancellation may be illness or family
emergency, many suppliers of tour features will not make ANY refunds, regardless of the circumstances, therefore LINCOLN BUS
LINES, INC. will be unable to make a refund to you. The charge(s)
will be deducted from your payment before your refund is made. NO
REFUND WILL BE MADE UNTIL TICKET (S) OR RECEIPT IS RETURNED TO THE
OFFICE. |

On
tours with an event ticket, a full refund will be made only if your
tickets are resold. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS. |

3. |
NO
REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO PEOPLE WHO FAIL TO SHOW UP ON THE DAY OF
THE TOUR. NO EXCEPTIONS. |

1. |
On
a tour, one piece of luggage will be allowed. Place a WHITE LUGGAGE
TAG (issued after final payment is made) on this piece of luggage. |

2. |
We
suggest your carry-on bag be a small soft-sided tote. The opening
for the luggage rack is only 9 inches high and slopes from front
to back. You will be expected to handle and be responsible for your
carry-on bag at all times. |
| |
|
| |
| |
Single
rooms are limited. Special arrangements must be made for them
in advance and at additional cost. Any person who is traveling
alone will be required to pay the additional cost of a single
room, unless we are able to find a partner, then the cost of the
single would be refunded after the trip returns. PAYMENT FOR
A SINGLE ROOM DOES NOT INDICATE THAT YOU WILL HAVE A SINGLE SEAT
ON THE COACH. |

Specific
seat reservations are not made for any tour. ALL PATRONS ARE
REQUIRED TO CHANGE SEATS AS REQUESTED BY THE DRIVER OR ESCORT. |

1. |
Single persons will be asked to share a seat with other singles
so as not to separate two persons traveling together. |
| |
2. |
If
an odd numbered group (3, 5, 7 people) is traveling together, the
entire group may not be able to be seated together, especially if
the coach is full. The odd-numbered person may have to share a seat
with someone outside the group or with another single person. |
|
3. |
Because
of seat rotation, no group of people traveling together can expect
to remain together while being transported on the coach. |
| |
4. |
In
the event that a single person or an odd-numbered person traveling
in a group does not want to share a seat with another single person,
that individual must purchase two (2) full-fare tickets. |
| |
|
| |
| |
1. |
We
reserve the right to reject or terminate (this rule will apply also
while en route) the membership of any person the management may
consider objectionable to a select group. |
| |
2. |
Any
of the following actions (but not limited to these) will be considered
sufficient cause to warrant the removal of a person or persons from
the coach: refusal to follow policies as stated herein; conduct
which is prohibited by law; conduct that may lead to injury or property
damage; conduct that would interfere with the driver's ability to
operate the coach safely; conduct which is objectionable to others
(including repeated tardiness), and refusal to participate in the
seat rotation plan. |

We
reserve the right to make any changes in routing or hotels/motels
made necessary by conditions beyond our control. |

| |
1. |
While
every effort is made to handle luggage as carefully as possible,
we cannot assume liability for loss or damage due to breakage, fire,
water, theft, pilferage, etc. |
| |
2. |
Lincoln
Tours, Inc. shall not be held liable for the loss of any property
or valuables left on a coach when the coach is not used for transportation
(break, meal and hotel stops). In addition, anything left on the
coach shall be considered left there at the owner’s risk. |
| |
3. |
Articles
left on the coach will be disposed of within 30 days if they are not
claimed. The office will not mail any articles left on the coach |
| |
4. |
The
right is reserved to operate a tour or portion thereof without an
escort should there be insufficient bookings to warrant this service. |
| |
5. |
Trips
as scheduled are subject to cancellation if an insufficient number
of reservations have been made. |
| |
6. |
BECAUSE
OF PRE-PAYMENTS REQUIRED BY HOTELS AND ATTRACTIONS, WE STRONGLY
RECOMMEND THAT YOU SIGN UP AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE FOR ANY TOUR OF
INTEREST TO YOU. |

Itineraries
are available in the lobby of Lincoln Bus Lines terminal. You
may call the office to have itineraries mailed to you. Please
remember that all itineraries remain tentative and subject to
change as deemed necessary. When change becomes necessary, our
intention is to provide equal or better service. |

Our coaches are equipped with air-conditioning, air-ride suspension, large tinted picture windows, lavatory, public address system, cellular phone, and video equipment. |

| PARKING: |

HANOVER – On-street parking is available. There is limited
outdoor parking on our lot for our extended tours. Check at the
office the morning you are leaving for parking instructions.

YORK – at Dick’s Clothing and Sporting Goods (off Rt. 30 By-pass, Kenneth Rd., West York);
there is parking along the fenced area to the right of the building.
NEW
CUMBERLAND – Capital City Airport; there is parking outside the white-lined area of the public parking lot located at the corner of Airport Dr. and Market St. (across the street from the Airport Terminal).
Parking
is for your convenience only and no liability is assumed for vehicle,
contents or personal safety by LINCOLN TOURS or the owners/operators
of any parking lot. CARS NOT PARKED ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS
MAY BE TOWED AT OWNER’S EXPENSE. |
