Take a spring or mid-summer break and join us for a day’s excursion to Easton, PA.  Re-live fond memories of your youth with a visit to the Crayola Factory at Two Rivers Landing.  Although the Crayola Factory is not a true production factory, narrated demonstrations show how markers and crayons are produced, labeled and packaged.  Have fun with interactive exhibits and look at the timeline that traces colorful moments in Crayola history.

Spend some time on the 3rd and 4th floors of Two Rivers Landing visiting The National Canal Museum.  Here you will find exhibits about the history and technology of America’s 19th-century canals and inland waterways.  You will leave the Crayola Factory at 12:30 P.M. and stop for lunch (on your own), at a Cracker Barrel, en route to Cabela’s.

Arrive at  Cabela’s, the World’s Foremost Outfitter, after lunch.  This store is located near Hamburg, PA.  Cabela’s stores stand as monuments saluting sportsmen and women who support wildlife conservation issues.  Inside, the outdoors come alive with hundreds of museum-quality trophy animal mounts, many in lifelike displays re-creating natural animal interactions and habitat settings.  Giant freshwater aquariums are stocked with fish native to the area.  Cabela’s store is truly a fun and educational experience for the entire family.  You will leave Cabela’s at 4:00 P.M.

The coach will return to York at 5:30 P.M. and Hanover at 6:15 P.M.

There will be a fast-food breakfast stop (on your own) en route to Easton.
