Join us for a chance to explore our Nation’s Capital. Upon arrival in Washington, you are dropped off at the Air and Space Museum. This will be a day that you can use to shop, visit one or several buildings of the Smithsonian Institution or walk to the many monuments and memorials such as the Washington Monument, the World War II Memorial, the Lincoln Memorial, the Korean War Memorial or the Viet Nam Memorial just to mention a few. Also, there is the Newseum, the Spy Museum or the Holocaust Museum that many people like to visit.

Coach leaves Washington, D.C. at 5:00 P.M. You return to York at approximately 7:00 P.M. and Hanover at 7:45 P.M.

No meal stops are made going to or coming from Washington. Food courts are available at most of the museums, Union Station and the Post Office Pavilion. Almost every corner has a street vendor and there are numerous restaurants in the downtown area.
